When Jo’Siah first began at UCP BECA, he faced significant challenges with frustration, transitions, and communication. Like many families in similar situations, his parents felt overwhelmed and uncertain about what the future would hold.

What followed, however, was a journey marked by patience, consistency, and unwavering support.
Today, Jo’Siah’s growth is both visible and deeply meaningful to his family. He is now forming full sentences, expressing his emotions more clearly, and thriving in ways that once felt out of reach. His progress over the past year has been nothing short of extraordinary, and his family credits much of that transformation to the environment and support he received at UCP.
At every step, the teachers, therapists, and staff at UCP BECA provided encouragement, structure, and compassion. They met Jo’Siah where he was, celebrated every milestone, and never gave up on his potential. In doing so, they helped him build not only new skills, but confidence in himself.
For his family, the experience has been life-changing. While saying goodbye is bittersweet, they leave with gratitude, pride, and hope for what comes next.
Their message to other families is simple: finding the right support can make all the difference. When a school truly believes in every child, growth becomes possible in ways you never imagined.
Mr. and Mrs. Wilson extend their heartfelt thanks to the entire UCP BECA team for the dedication, care, and impact they’ve had on their son and family.
