DOCUMENTS & FORMS

On this page, you can find many of the forms and documents that are needed by your campus prior to your student’s return to school! You can find the Back to School Packet via the Brightwheel platform.

If you do not have access to Brightwheel, please reach out to your campus team for assistance.

BACK TO SCHOOL 

Prior to the first day of school – there will be several other forms to complete. These are the same forms that are completed each school year as part of our Back to School.

2023-2024 PARENT HANDBOOK

New students seeking enrollment for the upcoming year must submit an inquiry/update form by March 1st, to qualify for the annual lottery/ enrollment. Forms are sent via Brightwheel to be completed.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Please find copies of code of conduct by county. Please contact your campus for any additional questions or concerns.

UCP SCHOOL COSTS

FREE to toddlers through Pre-Kindergarten students that meet the following:

​

  • A student with a disability and an Individual Family Support Plan (IFSP) -OR-

  • A student with an Individual Education Plan (IEP) with classroom services listed

  • If your child does not have the above – see below for funding options

FREE to ALL elementary school students (Kindergarten through 5th Grade) and K-8th grade students at UCP BCA Charter School.​

 

FREE K-12th Grade.

​

FREE to Middle and High School Students with disabilities and an IEP.

​

*All students are requested to pay an annual $35 supply fee.*

Infants through Pre-Kindergarten Program

for students without disabilities

  • $125 to $216 per week for a full-day program based on the age of child and their campus.​

  • Part-time options (mornings only, 2-days, or 3-days) are available for Pre-K and Below.

Voluntary PreK
  • The Voluntary Prekindergarten Education Program (VPK) – is a FREE Pre-K program for 4 and 5-year-olds who reside in Florida.

  • Participating children must be 4 years of age on or before September 1.

  • Parents can enroll their child in the state’s free, voluntary prekindergarten (VPK) education program that year or wait until the following year when their child is 5.

  • UCP offers a school year VPK program (half day) or a summer VPK program (full day).

  • Our VPK programs are staffed by certified teachers with a minimum of an additional paraprofessional (exceeding state requirements!).

UCP ACCEPTS THE FOLLOWING FUNDING:
  • Private Pay – We have discounts for siblings, auto payment and semester payments in full.

For tuition cost information

  • School Readiness/4C – A Statewide program (Early Learning Coalition) providing financial assistance/scholarships to low-income working (or in school) parents.
