BEFORE & AFTER SCHOOL CARE We provide before and after school programs at all of our campuses in a variety of ways BEFORE SCHOOL This program is based on availability/space. CONTACT YOUR CAMPUS AFTER SCHOOL The program is committed to provide a safe, positive and enriching environment for all children in our program. The After School Enrichment Program will provide a combination of academic support, fitness and fun, arts/music and STEM activities. The staff ratio will be 1 adult for 6 children (this differs from a traditional after school program that is a 1 adult for 20+ children). COST $88/ WEEK This is for all weeks regardless of # of days in the week/attendance Payments must be made by Monday of the coming week. Payments made after Monday will incur a late charge. Part-time options available including Friday only for CCLC students- $23/day (this is not a drop in – must be signed up in advance). UCP will accept 4C/SR for after school payments. More info HERE STAFFING Staff ratios will be 1 adult to 6-10 children There will be a designated After School Enrichment Program Site Coordinator at each campus who will coordinate/oversee the program. REGISTRATION Current After School students will have priority to enroll For new students – please enroll at your campus. Once accepted into the program- parents will complete a contract in Brightwheel . Parents will check students out each day via Brightwheel. BEHAVIOR EXPECTATIONS After school is not a required charter school program and there will be different expectations/criteria. Listening and following directions and keeping hands, feet, legs and objects to self. Speaking in a normal tone of voice, in a courteous manner and utilizing acceptable language. Intent to Return lets your campus know whether your child will be returning for the next school year. Completing both helps secure your child’s spot and ensures the school has the most up-to-date information. What if I do not see my child in the Parent Portal?
