School Lunch Program
UCP Charter Schools participate in the National School Lunch program and each campus provides a hot lunch each day. Most schools also offer breakfast and snacks. UCP Downtown/BETA Charter School, UCP Pine Hills Charter School, UCP Osceola Charter School, UCP West Orange Charter School, UCP Seminole Charter School and UCP Transitional Learning Academy have been approved to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) under the National School Lunch Program. This means all students at these campuses are eligible to receive breakfast and lunch at no charge. Nothing is required from you to participate. You will be asked to complete a free and reduced lunch application, but this is for record keeping and compliance only. There is no maximum income requirement for your child to receive free meals at these schools. For other campuses – please be sure to complete and return a free and reduced lunch form. Even if you do not wish to participate in the lunch form- this data is important for UCP Charter Schools and our federal fund allocation.
